David Cahn, CEO

As CEO, David Cahn is responsible for setting direction and oversight for Agentis Software and managing day-to-day operations, including Sales and Field Operations, Corporate and Product Marketing, Finance, Development, and Organizational Development. Prior to Agentis, David was a Research Director at AMR Research where he developed and directed e-business strategies for the Global Industries Strategy Service, with specific emphasis within the Manufacturing vertical. He was instrumental in conducting ongoing research and analysis of product and vendor strategies for the ERP, SCM, and CRM and associated applications market. He has held Partner and Managing Director roles at KPMG and AnswerThink within their ERP, Enterprise Integration, and e-Commerce consulting units. He held executive leadership roles at Computer Associates where he helped establish the strategic direction for enterprise business applications across multiple product lines and platforms that included growth through internal development, partnerships, and acquisitions. He also formulated strategic and tactical relationships to expand system and network management product line offerings including software and hardware suppliers, system integrators, and resellers. David has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University.

Neal Miller, CFO

Neal brings more than 23 years of experience in finance and operations to Agentis and a deep understanding of the software industry. Neal´s prior experience includes serving as chief financial officer and executive vice president for several public and private software and technology companies. Most recently, he was a part of the management team that led the successful sale of publicly held Cypress Communications, a managed services provider in the telecommunications arena. Prior to Cypress, Neal held financial and operational executive positions with CES International, Inc., a privately held provider of operations resource and energy delivery management solutions, Syntellect Inc., a public company that sold interactive call center software and managed services, and Tandem Computers, a $2 Billion publicly held provider of computer systems to banking, telecommunications and healthcare industries.

Jim Hendrickson, Vice President of Global Accounts and Services

Jim Hendrickson comes to Agentis with many years of experience in customer support. He was most recently Vice President, America's Customer Support for BEA Systems. Jim also held a variety of Sales, Marketing and Customer Support roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure with IBM. Jim is a Customer Services Executive experienced in developing highly responsive, global customer focused services organizations. He has a reputation for setting strategic vision and executing organizational changes that drive product and services revenue based on achieving high customer satisfaction. He is adept at developing strong technical and cross-functional teams focused on improving the effectiveness and profitability of service organizations.

Jim holds a BSME from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Steve Benfield Steve Benfield, CTO

Benfield brings more than 20 years experience as a proven technology visionary, evangelist, architect, and educator to Agentis. Previously, Benfield was vice president of strategy and technology evangelism at ClearNova responsible for defining, articulating and driving the execution of ClearNova's global technology strategy and vision. Benfield was also the chief technology officer and director of eBusiness strategy at SilverStream, where he established SilverStream as a visionary in Web Services and SOA through SilverStream eXtend, a standards-based (J2EE & Web Services) set of tools & frameworks for legacy integration & portal service. Prior to Silverstream, Benfield served in executive management positions for several start-up ventures & consultancies.

Sam Collura, Vice President - New Business Sales

Sam Collura brings more than 30 years of executive and senior management experience in technology sales, operations and distribution to Agentis. He assumes responsibility for the company's sales efforts with the goal of expanding new business revenues and partnerships through solutions. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Cypress Communications, and Executive Vice President for Convergent Communication Services. Mr. Collura has successfully managed sales, channels, business development and P&L exceeding $90-million. As Vice President and General Manager for Tie Communications, Mr. Collura repeatedly exceeded revenue and EBITDA growth goals, dramatically increasing EBITDA during economic periods that saw significant industry margin erosion bringing his market to number one in the company. He consistently received awards for sales and profitability growth excellence and has successfully integrated numerous corporate acuqisitions and mergers. Mr. Collura received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Business Administration.
