David Cahn
As CEO, David Cahn is responsible for setting direction and oversight for Agentis Software and managing day-to-day operations, including Sales and Field Operations, Corporate and Product Marketing, Finance, Development, and Organizational Development. Prior to Agentis, David was a Research Director at AMR Research where he developed and directed e-business strategies for the Global Industries Strategy Service, with specific emphasis within the Manufacturing vertical. He was instrumental in conducting ongoing research and analysis of product and vendor strategies for the ERP, SCM, and CRM and associated applications market. He has held Partner and Managing Director roles at KPMG and AnswerThink within their ERP, Enterprise Integration, and e-Commerce consulting units. He held executive leadership roles at Computer Associates where he helped establish the strategic direction for enterprise business applications across multiple product lines and platforms that included growth through internal development, partnerships, and acquisitions. He also formulated strategic and tactical relationships to expand system and network management product line offerings including software and hardware suppliers, system integrators, and resellers. David has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
James N. Marshall
Jim Marshall brings more than 30 years of enterprise-focused experience leading high technology companies to profitability and market growth. Most recently, Jim was vice president of named accounts at FileNet, a provider of enterprise content management and automation solutions. In this position Jim created, deployed and managed the "Go to Market Plan" for the Corporation. This Plan was central to driving the companies Enterprise Content Management strategy. Before FileNet, Jim was Vice President of Apple's US Education Division, leading the overall Education effort at Apple. This unit of Apple accounts for approximately 25% of the companies annual revenues. Jim has also held executive positions at Informix, Oracle Corporation, Tandem Computers, Burroughs Corporation, and Neo Media Technologies. He has extensive experience in helping software startups build and develop accomplished sales teams, and has established a stellar track record of driving highly successful sales and marketing campaigns. Jim holds B.A., Management and General Sciences from the University of South Florida.
Sebastian J. Gunningham
Sebastian joined Peace Software as CEO in January 2004. Previously he held executive positions at Apple Computer Inc. and Oracle Corporation. Sebastian spent 13 years at Oracle, where he was a member of the Executive Committee reporting to the CEO and accountable for US$1 billion revenue. Both at Oracle and Apple, Sebastian was responsible for leading and building high growth sales and services organizations. Sebastian has been a Board Director of a number of technology companies and is a member of the Peace Software Board. Sebastian holds a Mathematical Sciences degree from Stanford University, California.
